The Print Production Assistant is responsible for coordinating cross-functional marketing, creative, production, and promotional projects to ensure timely execution across Spirit, Spencer’s and related business initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Creative, Production, Vendors, and external partners, managing schedules, approvals, assets, and project workflows from initiation through completion.

• Manage day-to-day project tracking within Workzone (WZ) for assigned marketing and promotional initiatives for Spirit & Spencer’s
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Monitor project status and proactively escalate risks, delays, or resource concerns
• Ensure projects move efficiently through review, approval, and production workflows
• Coordinate seasonal promotional campaigns, coupons, and marketing initiatives
• Support in-season marketing requests, creative routing, and campaign execution
• Assist with out-of-home (OOH) advertising projects, directional signage, and promotional materials
• Manage communications and tracking for special programs and promotional activations
• Route creative assets through PageProof, Jira and other approval platforms
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals for social media, marketing, and promotional content
• Create, organize, and maintain project documentation and approval records
• Ensure final assets comply with brand standards and creative requirements
• Coordinate artwork submissions, proofs, revisions, and production-ready assets
• Communicate project requirements, deadlines, and approval feedback to external partners
• Ensure deliverables meet established branding and production standards
• Assist with cross-functional planning meetings and follow-up action items
• Support workload balancing and project prioritization efforts within the department

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of project coordination, marketing, production, or operations experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workzone or similar systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
