This position is responsible for ensuring that all incoming packages to the Corporate Office are delivered timely and accurately to the addressee.   

The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.  

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Process FedEx packages and learn all aspects of FedEx machines
• Learn and process certified mail
• Learn mail machine to add postage as needed
• Maintain accurate records and files of daily activities
• Process store mail outs as necessary
• Back up other areas of the Mega Center as required
• Assist with special projects as needed

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills                                
• Must possess a valid Driver's license
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds                                             
• Forklift certified/trainable
• Must possess a valid Driver's license.
