The Senior Manager, Social Media is a strategic leader responsible for setting vision, driving performance, and leading execution across all social platforms. This role oversees a high-performing team of content creators and coordinates, and partners closely with cross-functional senior leadership to support brand growth, in-store traffic, and conversion for a fast-paced retail environment supporting all lines of business within the Spirit & Spencer Holdings, Inc. This position requires demonstrated experience leading social media for a retail or consumer-facing brand, managing teams, and translating insights into measurable business impact.
