• Provide direct technical support to guests and store associates, troubleshooting Animatronic and ISE product issues via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose problems with Animatronics, isolate failure points, and determine necessary troubleshooting steps or parts to resolve issues.
• Test Animatronics in preseason to ensure functionality and readiness for store setups and troubleshooting.
• Create and redesign 3D parts as needed for repairs or product improvements.
• Assist with inventory control, shipping parts, and managing costs related to replacements and repairs.

Preferred majors:

• Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, Materials Science and Engineering

• Enrollment in college for the upcoming semester
• Completion of your sophomore year
• Graduate students are welcome
• Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
